About Jen

Jen is a local native of Canmore who grew up playing and exploring the mountains.  She worked for the RCMP for numerous years. While her career was satisfying and rewarding, Jen found her passion in energy work while journeying with aesthetics as a certified facialist. Her facial treatments are earning her a strong following in the Bow Valley. The techniques she uses are aimed at stimulating the enhancement of collagen, circulation, elastin through massage or manipulation of fascia. Promoting a sense of inner peace, leaving you feeling restored, refreshed and reconnected/ aligned with mind, body, spirit.
