Tara completed her RMT training at MH Vicars in Calgary AB. Since then she has worked in a variety of settings including sports clinics, spas, and backcountry ski lodges. In her free time you can find her playing in the mountains - skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer

Her massage goals are to relax the body as a whole while also using therapeutic techniques to treat specific conditions. Specialized treatments include lymphatic drainage, cupping, and dry needling
